However, by the time I noticed it, the site it was hosted on was shut down. The 2 or 3 updates since then haven't featured these two guys. I was wondering if anybody had those guys and could perhaps upload them here?

You know, other than Opium2k's characters, it doesn't seem like there are any sites with user-made characters. Mugen, yes, there are countless sites, but not PainTown. And the newest version is supposed to have Opium2k's characters, but the one I got didn't (but I had them already, so it didn't matter).
